Ruby Garcia

Ruby was born and raised in New Mexico and earned a dual degree in Social Work and Health & Human Services from Eastern New Mexico University. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Social Work.

Before joining LPDO, Ruby worked in juvenile justice and substance abuse prevention. She dedicated her career to supporting at-risk youth and individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, gaining valuable experience serving diverse and vulnerable populations.

Ruby is deeply passionate about helping others and approaches her work with empathy, compassion, and dedication. She strives to ensure that every client feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey. Ruby is proud to serve the clients of LPDO and advocate for their well-being and success.

Ruby enjoys spending quality time with her two children and the family dog. Much of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines at soccer games and dance recitals. When time allows, she enjoys reading and baking.
