Voucher Info
Attorney payments are processed each week. Vouchers must be submitted and approved for payment before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, in order for payment to be processed on Friday. All payments for indigent defense cases are reported to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission annually.
Vouchers must be submitted for payment within 90 days of their final disposition.
Vouchers will not be reviewed for payment the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, nor the last week of September (end of fiscal year).

Cases submitted for payment must be appointed by the Lubbock county courts. Case appointments are documented in LPDO's case management system (LegalServer). Once you submit your case for payment, please ensure to close out your case(s) in LegalServer.
