Vouchers must be submitted for payment within 90 days of their final disposition.
Vouchers are processed for payment each week. If a voucher is submitted and approved for payment before COB on Wednesday, a payment will be deposited on Friday. All payments on Indigent Defense cases are reported to the Texas Indigent Defense Commission annually.

Cases submitted for payment must be appointed by the Court and must have all reached a final disposition before being accepted. Case appointments are documented in LPDO's case management system (LegalServer). Once you submit your case for payment, please ensure your case has been closed in LegalServer.
