client complaints

Client feedback is an integral part of measuring the effectiveness and responsiveness of our panel members. To ensure that concerns are addressed we record each complaint and notify the assigned attorney.

In many instances, the nature of the concern has to do with attorney communication or visitation. In the event case-specific questions arise, we suggest an in-person visit with the client's attorney. If a response is warranted, our chief defender will ensure it is submitted accordingly.
