Ashley Leaks

Ashley joined the Lubbock Private Defenders’ Office in July 2024. She acquired her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, along with a minor in Sociology — reflecting her passion for social psychology and human ecology.

Ashley is planning to continue her education toward a graduate degree in Public Administration with a focus on non-profits. She has always had a desire to help others, seeing it as a meaningful way to fulfill her conviction for supporting those in need. In addition to work and school, Ashley enjoys exploring opportunities in her hometown that allow her and her family to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed in the community.
